Data collection Spanish PDO cheese Mahόn-Menorca
The project LIFE TTGG – The Tough Get Going (focused on hard cheeses) has the aim of improving the efficiency of cheese production processes in Europe, especially for PDO products, reducing the environmental impact.
For this reason, from May 15 to 17, we went in Spain to the dairies where the PDO Mahόn-Menorca is produced. We have collected information about the adopted technologies and environmental characteristics of these two cheeses.
The dairies we analysed are: Darlit and Coinga.
