The LIFE TTGG – The Tough Get Going project has been running successfully. Since February experts from Politecnico di Milano and Enersem, supported by technicians from the Grana Padano Protection Consortium, have started the environmental and energy data collection in cheese dairies.
The dairies that have given time and energy to this process up to now are:
